Up!

Have you looked at the sky yet today? 

It is deep

layered 

in waves of clouds.

It looks like the reflection of the sea 

but softer 

and full of levity.

It makes me want the stars

to take a night off.

It guides me 

through its color of wonder

while I walk

reminding me 

of goodness

of possibility

of hope.
